Two metal options are available for this necklace: regular-plated gold and 18k Gold-Coated. This page is for the 18k Gold-Coated option. The regular-plated version can be found here. Regular-plated jewelry has more intensive care associated with it while the 18k Gold-Coated and stainless steel option is tarnish-resistant as long as it is taken care of.
