Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Because all items are made-to-order, all items purchased from Talay Jewelry are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. In addition, we do not accept returns at this time due to sanitation reasons. We do repairs for an additional fee. Please contact us for more details.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed due to the nature of production. Our team starts the jewelry making process once your payment is processed. Since all of our items are handmade-to-order, we cannot cancel or revise an order. Please carefully review the product page and pick sizes accordingly before placing an order.
Orders that do not meet the customization requirements in the description (e.g. putting more than 3 letters/numbers on the Initial Ring) may be canceled if the customer does not respond to correspondence. Please read all descriptions carefully to be sure that your customization is correct before placing the order. If you have any question about customization, you are always welcome to reach out.
Our team will do our best to make multiple attempts to reach out to you through the provided email before canceling the order. Please make sure your provided email is correct and checked regularly. If there is no response to attempts to contact you, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Orders canceled because of a lack of response will be subject to a refund processing fee – your refund received will have this fee deducted from the total.
Due to the nature of our sales, we do not offer price adjustments. Unfortunately, if you forgot to use a coupon when checking out, we are not able to apply it to your order.
