My name is Patty, and I started Talay Jewelry during the summer of 2018. At first, I was only making jewelry for myself and my friends. Over time, others who saw my pieces messaged me, interested in buying their own. The rest is history. 

I used to never wear gold jewelry – I'm pretty lazy with taking off my pieces and was afraid of ruining them. After researching certain materials and techniques, I came across something I coined as 18k Gold-Coated jewelry. I'm able to wear these pieces every day, in the shower, and to the gym. The best part is, they're still as good as new.

Our company strives to bring you quality pieces for a fraction of the price that other boutiques are charging. We pride ourselves on being a brand headed towards sustainability, making efforts to combat fast fashion. 

Talay Jewelry went from being a small hobby to the company it is today, and I have people like yourself to thank for that! From the bottom of my heart, thank you for visiting our website, following us on social media, and making a purchase.

ABOUT OUR NAMESAKE

I was born in Bangkok, Thailand and grew up taking trips to the beach with my family. After we moved to the U.S., we still went back to Thailand every summer. I distinctly remember our trips to Hua Hin, Pattaya, and Phuket as some of my favorite memories. When thinking of a name for my jewelry business, one thing was clear. I wanted to pay homage to the culture and people that mean so much to me. With that, Talay Jewelry was born.

Each of our pieces are influenced by the sights and sounds of Thailand. Some of our jewelry also have Thai names linked to the inspiration behind the piece, and others are created with materials from Thailand. While our jewelry is hand-crafted in our studio located in the U.S., we want to bring as much authenticity into our pieces as we can. 

I'm eternally grateful for all of the opportunities that I've been able to explore thanks to Talay Jewelry and my customers. New things are always in store, and I can't wait for you to see what comes next!
